php36 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "php36" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Company" refers to php36 and its operators, as licensed under PAGCOR to offer online gaming services to eligible Philippine residents via php36.vip.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers for or uses a php36 account.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the php36 platform.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, financial, and support services made available by php36 through its platform and website.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, subject to applicable verification.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins value, or other promotional funds credited to a Player's account, subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under which php36 operates.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by Philippine regulations prior to withdrawal processing.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any resident outside the Philippines (where applicable law prohibits access), or any individual who has self-excluded from the platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain a php36 account, you must meet all of the following criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and are physically located within the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You are not a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 1 of these Terms.
• You have not previously had a php36 account that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of php36 or its affiliated gaming providers.
• You are registering and using php36 solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.

Registration Requirements

To create a php36 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any additional information required for identity verification. You must maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if any details change.

php36 reserves the right to require additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, source of funds, or residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

One Account Policy: Only one php36 account is permitted per individual. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at php36's discretion. Any balances in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Upon registration, you are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your php36 account, whether or not authorized by you. Your specific responsibilities include:

• Keeping your username, password, and any security credentials strictly confidential and not disclosing them to any third party.
• Ensuring your account is not accessed by any Prohibited Person, including minors.
• Notifying php36 immediately via support if you have reason to believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Ensuring all funds deposited to your php36 account are from legitimate sources and are owned by you.
• Providing truthful information to php36 customer support at all times.

php36 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from unauthorized access that you fail to report promptly.

Deposits

php36 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven cash payment through partner networks. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. php36 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.

Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. php36 is not responsible for delays caused by payment network congestion, banking system downtime, or payment provider errors outside of php36's control.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. php36 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be refunded and the account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal of funds from your php36 account requires completion of KYC verification. php36 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the platform's payment schedule. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification, fraud prevention checks, and compliance review prior to processing.

php36 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. If a withdrawal to the original deposit method is not available, php36 will request an alternative verified payment method registered in your name.

php36 offers various promotional programs including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. php36 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are published in the specific promotion terms.
• php36 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in or depositing.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, wagering through bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and related winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.
• php36 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has opted in, php36 will act fairly in determining whether bonus funds already credited are retained or removed.

All games available on the php36 platform operate according to their published rules and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer procedures where applicable. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any inconsistency relating to specific game mechanics.

php36 is committed to fair play and operates under PAGCOR standards. The following principles govern all gaming on the platform:

• php36 does not manipulate game outcomes to disadvantage players or to favor the house beyond the published house edge for each game.
• All Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published in the game information sections and reflect the theoretical long-run statistical return for each title.
• Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers in certified studios using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) subject to studio monitoring and compliance oversight.
• Malfunctions void all bets and related pay. If a technical error occurs during a game that prevents a fair outcome from being determined, php36 will refund the affected wager at its discretion.
• php36 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, placed under exploitative or automated conditions, or placed in circumstances suggesting collusion or fraud.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php36 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one account on php36.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any php36 game or service.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the php36 platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform, games, or payment systems.
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods.
• Permitting access to your account by a Prohibited Person, including a minor.
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward php36 staff or other players via any platform channel.

php36 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation and reporting of suspected illegal activity.

All content on the php36 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface design, text, logos, trademarks, sound effects, and any other materials — is the proprietary property of php36 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the php36 platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This license does not grant you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the php36 platform or its content.

Game titles available on php36, including Fortune Gems, and all related graphics and game mechanics, are the intellectual property of their respective game providers. Any reproduction or commercial exploitation of these materials without authorization is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php36 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from gambling outcomes on the platform, whether from slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, or any other game type.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.

• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the php36 platform that does not constitute professional financial, legal, or gambling strategy advice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits php36's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury resulting from negligence, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable Philippine law.

php36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harm associated with problem gambling. In fulfillment of its obligations under PAGCOR regulation and its own responsible gaming policy, php36 provides the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Configure maximum loss thresholds per session or per time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the exclusion period.

php36 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Instruction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Account inactivity for an extended period as specified in the platform's inactive account policy.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, php36 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to player breach, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of pending investigation holds) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting php36 support. Upon closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds will be deemed forfeited.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter) as amended, Republic Act No. 9487, and all applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred first to php36's internal dispute resolution process. If the matter is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or the appropriate Philippine courts, as applicable.

By using the php36 platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above process.

php36 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, php36 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by prominent display on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the php36 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date.
